Halloween Candy

I will be the first to admit I love sugar. I will go as far to say I'm addicted! Naturally Halloween is a killer to my waistline. Way more than Thanksgiving and Christmas. Last year I was obsessed with mini Butterfingers. This year I have a feeling it's becoming mini Twix bars. I saw this article Best and Worst Halloween Candy from Eat This Not That (Tyler always finds great stuff from them). While I like to pretend candy isn't as bad as I think it is, it's still good to be brought back to reality and know what I'm doing to myself.
